Experience the Wonthaggi Coffee Shop this Summer at Cape Paterson Bay Beach! Looking for the perfect beachside retreat? The Wonthaggi Life Saving Club invites you to enjoy everything our Coffee Shop has to offer while supporting the volunteers who keep our beaches safe.
The famous Life Savers Coffee Shop run by our wonderful volunteers is adored by locals, holiday makers and everyone who comes to visit. Formally opening in 2010, this fabulous group gives up their summer to help raise vital funds for our club. All of our coffee cups and straws are environmentally friendly and plant based made.
The Wonthaggi Life Saving Club Kiosk is your beachside stop for:
- Fresh Coffee and Tea
- Tasty snacks and light meals
- Freshly made scones and devonshire tea
Opening Hours
- Weekends in December
- 7 days a week Boxing day to Australia Day
- Weekends until Easter
- 9.30am - 5pm (Hours may vary as workers are volunteers)

No experience needed just a friendly attitude and willingness to learn.
Shifts are flexible and vary from 2 hours to all day, available on weekends and school holidays.
You’ll receive training and support while helping keep our lifesavers fuelled and our community connected.
